The existing coaching platform lacked the emotional warmth and personal connection that life coaching requires. The website felt corporate and distant, failing to communicate the transformative journey that clients could expect.
Personal branding was weak and inconsistent. The booking experience was cumbersome, requiring multiple steps and form fills. Mobile users faced a particularly poor experience, with tiny buttons and confusing navigation.
Our goal was to create an elegant, emotionally resonant platform that builds trust from the first interaction — reflecting confidence, clarity, and the premium nature of the coaching experience.
